A bridal trial with Alondra is more than a “test run”, it’s a personal experience designed to bring your vision to life with precision, artistry, and care.
Held exclusively at my private studio in Camberwell junction, your trial is a relaxed yet refined appointment where we explore ideas, refine your dream look, and ensure that every detail is considered. From the way your hairstyle works with your gown and veil, to the balance of colour tones that flatter both in person and in photographs — nothing is left to chance.
With over 25 years of experience, including 6 years creating statement looks for Dubai’s elite, I know how to translate your vision into a look that feels authentically you, while elevating it with world-class artistry. I’ll also share expert guidance on skin prep, hair extensions, and touch-up tips to ensure your beauty carries seamlessly from morning to night.

Do I need a bridal trial?
Yes, I highly recommend every bride book a trial. It ensures your wedding day look is perfected in advance, removes any stress or uncertainty, and allows us to connect and collaborate on your vision.
Where are trials held?
All trials are held at my Melbourne studio, in Camberwell, for the most comfortable, professional setup and access to my full luxury kit.
How should I prepare for my trial?
Arrive with clean and dry, product-free hair that has been lightly smoothed. If you cannot lightly smooth your hair then ask about my prep and smooth service. Your skin must be exfoliated and hydrated for a flawless makeup application.
If you plan to tan for your wedding, please do the same for your trial so colours are matched accurately.
- Avoid lash extensions, or lash lifts, false lashes will be applied during the session. Ensure any facial hair removal is done at least 24 hours prior.
Bring any inspiration images of looks you love, along with photos of how you usually do your own hair and makeup. This helps me understand your style preferences.
If you plan to wear extensions, please bring them with you. Ensure they washed, dried, lightly smoothed and product free.
How long does a trial take?
Bridal hair or makeup trials typically take around 2 – 2.5 hours for each service. This allows us the time to refine your look until you are completely confident.
When should I book my trial?
Most brides book their trial 2–6 months before their wedding, although I recommend earlier if your date falls in peak season.

Available 6am – 4pm | Monday – Sunday (after hours bookings available upon request)
National and international bookings available. To qualify for services at your location, I require a minimum of 3 full services per booking (not including prepping and children’s services), smaller bookings are conducted in my studio in Hawthorn East. Trial previews are conducted at my studio.
